Lisa Jean Augspurger

Ms. Augspurger is a partner of Bush & Augspurger, P.A. with offices in Orlando and Tallahassee, Florida. She has been practicing law for 29 years and began her employment with Bush & Augspurger in 1996 as an associate and was named partner in 2000. Ms. Augspurger handles employment matters (for both public and private entities), professional liability cases, litigation against long-term care facilities, and professional licensure matters.

Ms. Augspurger is often invited to speak at conferences regarding employment-related matters. She is the recipient of several awards for her work as a child advocate, including the Lawton Chiles “In the Life of a Child” award.

Ms. Augspurger is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and currently serves on the Steering Committee for PLUS Southeast Chapter. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and is on The Florida Bar’s Juvenile Court Rules Committee.
