Our downtown DC hotel accommodations occupy an updated historic landmark, first erected in 1880. I am very pleased to hear that the team was considerate, accommodating, and went above and beyond, as well as that you found your accommodations amazing, clean, and comfortable. Crib upon req. I was concerned when there were no soaps or shampoos and there was a used bar of soap on the sink. Throughout the stay, no appreciation for a platinum member, no welcome package, no welcome drink, no in-room fruits, nothing. A lovely fragrance filled the entrance area.

I arrived at 7 AM and was allowed to check in early, after an overnight flight from L.A, that was GREATLY appreciated. I am also very happy to hear that you found the hotel clean, and our central location outstanding. One of my items fell in the crack between the table and the wall. Room cleaning could have been better (cleaning materials left in room).I am overly dissatisfied with my experience during the stay.
